Your registration fee covers all sessions and workshops for Friday and Saturday, which are full day sessions. It also includes your materials, welcome gifts, and meals all days during the event. Lodging is not included, as accommodations are off-site.

Conference is typically a larger, more formal event with a structured schedule of speakers, preachers, panels, sermons. In contrast, a retreat is a smaller, more intimate gathering that prioritizes personal growth, reflection, and connection, often offering a relaxed atmosphere with opportunities for rest and deeper engagement with others. While conferences emphasize knowledge-sharing and experience, retreats focus on intimacy and building meaningful relationships. This retreat is targeted to have 30-50 women in attendance.
Your heart, your Bible, comfortable clothing (sweats, athleisure, no pajamas), a journal, your prayer shawl (if you use one), any personal care items, and but most importantly an open heart for transformation and revival! Additional details on what to bring will be sent closer to the event.
Coming soon, however sessions will begin around 5:00pm on Friday, run all day Saturday, and conclude for a Sunday service at The Life Church RVA
Transportation is not included, but we can help coordinate carpooling or recommend options for getting to the retreat site from your accommodation.
You’re more than welcome to attend solo! Many women come alone and leave with new friendships. If you’d like to bring a friend, that’s great too!
Cancellations made by 10/30/2024 will receive a full refund (excluding CRM service fees). Cancellations after this date will not be eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your spot to another person.
We understand the sensitive nature of a space like this, it is always our goal to create a safe environment. We do expect people to create content and share their experience within the realm of discernment and wisdom, we reserve the right to announce that no one film based on the sensitivity of the moment. If you desire to not be filmed, you can indicate that on your retreat form and we will ensure your privacy.
